1. What kind of candybars do you use?
- We use Hershey's 1.55 oz. candybar.

2. Do the wrappers come with the candybar?
- You can order the wrappers with the candybar or you can wrap them yourself. We include easy to follow directions on how to wrap the candybars.

3. How do I get the pictures to you and how do I get them back?
- You can mail the photo(s) to us and we will send them back unharmed with your order. If you are using a professional photograph it is required that we have a written release from the photographer.

4. Can I have a custom wrapper made?
- Yes, you tell us what you want and we will make it for you. We'll be happy to work with you and email you some ideas. An order must be placed prior to this request.

5. What methods of payment do you except?
- Cash (for pick-ups ONLY), Checks or Money Orders.

6. How much do they cost?

7. How do I place an order?
- You can email us with your order at Orders@mikeandkaren.cc. Please see our Order Page.

8. How long does it take to receive my order?
- The order usually ships within two weeks after you place your order. Birth announcements receive priority and are usually shipped within a week of ordering. There is a rush order fee for orders that you need quicker. All payments must be received in full before we can start printing your order.

9. What pictures or graphics can I use on my wrapper?
- You can use any picture you may have at home, as long as you have permission from the photographer to use it. We will return the pictures to you with your order. The photos will not be harmed. You can use any graphics except for trademark characters like the Disney Characters.

10. Can I view the wrapper before you send them to me?
- You sure can. Just let us know when you place your order and we will email you a sample and make sure that it is exactly what you wanted. If there are any changes you want made on them just let us know. We want you to be 100% happy with your order.
